Machbarkeitsstudien f\u00fcr Optimierungsma\u00dfnahmen der perioperativen Prozesse im Sinne der Krankenhaus 4.0 Entwicklungen durch den Einsatz einer hersteller\u00fcbergreifenden, offenen Vernetzung. Darauf aufbauend sollen integrierte Workstations f\u00fcr das OP-Management, die Chirurgie und An\u00e4sthesie sowie die OP-Pflege weiterentwickelt werden. Dabei sollen moderne Methoden und Schnittstellen zur sicheren Mensch-Maschine-Interaktion und eine kontext- und situationsadaptive Darstellung von Informationen und Entscheidungsunterst\u00fctzungen durch Kombination und Aufbereitung von patienten-, prozess- und ger\u00e4tespezifischen Einzeldaten eingesetzt werden. Um hier einen Mehrwert im Sinne der Prozessoptimierung in OP und Klinik zu schaffen, m\u00fcssen ger\u00e4tespezifische Informationen und Funktionalit\u00e4ten Fachdisziplin- und Bereichs\u00fcbergreifend verf\u00fcgbar sein. Die bereits heute erhobenen Informationen und Daten aus beispielsweise Chirurgie und An\u00e4sthesie m\u00fcssen zuk\u00fcnftig in wissensbasierten Expertensystemen verarbeitet und im Sinne der Prozessunterst\u00fctzung aufbereitet werden. Durch die Verwendung des offenen Kommunikationsstandards nach IEEE 11073 sind erstmals die oben beschriebenen disziplin\u00fcbergreifenden Prozessoptimierungen in OP und Klinik m\u00f6glich.
